Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European consumer protection regulation, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to request a return on unopened, sealed products, with no need for justification.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be unopened and unused
The original seal and packaging must be intact and undamaged
The return request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of receiving your order

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used cosmetic products, except in cases of manufacturing defect or incorrect item received.

How to request a return

We will confirm return instructions within 2 working days
Once we receive and verify the product, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 working days to the original payment method

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of our error or defective product.

Damaged or defective items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 14 days of receipt at hello@tinor.co with photographs of the product, packaging and order details.

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping where applicable.

Lost or incorrect shipments

If your parcel is lost in transit or you receive an item different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at hello@tinor.co.

We will investigate with the carrier and either resend the correct order or issue a full refund — at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges at this time.

If you wish to receive a different product, please request a return and place a new order.
