Every order is freshly prepared.
When you place your order, preparation begins at our European formulation centre. This is the time a system designed with precision deserves.
Delivery timeframe
Total delivery time consists of two stages:
Order preparation: up to 2 working days from order confirmation.
Transit: 1 working day for Spain; 1–2 working days for other European destinations.
Typical total delivery is around 3 working days within Spain, and 3–5 working days for the rest of the European Union. Please allow additional time during public holidays.
You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after purchase, and a shipping notification with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping & rates
We ship via Express courier as standard. Shipping is complimentary on all orders over 65 €, in every destination listed below.

Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery in real time.
Issues & incidents
If your order arrives damaged or with any anomaly, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographs of the product and packaging. We will resolve it without complications.
